Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing contact@fararpk.com with your order number, photos, and a short description of the problem.

Once your request is received, our support team will review it and provide further instructions.


  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery.


  1. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • You will be instructed to send the item back to our return address using a reliable courier service.

  • Please ensure that the product is safely packed to avoid any damage in transit.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the error was from our side (e.g., wrong or defective item).


  1. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or wallet).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account.

If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at contact@fararpk.com.


  1. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or design, the new item will be shipped once we receive and verify the original product.
Additional delivery charges may apply based on your location and product value.


  1. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share clear photos or videos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will replace the product at no additional cost.


  1. Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or changed.


  1. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by courier services, weather, or external conditions beyond our control.
In such cases, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving your order concerns promptly.


  1. Policy Updates

FararPK reserves the right to update or revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
The most recent version will always be available on our website.
