Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on the design or material availability.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as Leopard, TCS, and M&P.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within major cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media pages.

4. Order Tracking

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate before confirming your order.
FararPK will not be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

At FararPK, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We ensure that:

  • In case of any manufacturing defect or issue with your order, please report it within 48 hours of receiving your parcel by emailing us at contact@fararpk.com.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
